There were 356 new properties on the market over the last 7 days, an increase of +0.30% compared to last week. During the month of October there were a total of 1,588 new properties for sale on the market, a decrease of -24% compared to September.

Contracts signed:

Over the last 7 days there were 178 contracts signed, a decrease of -9.2% compared to last week. But nothing anormal, in October 2022 we were at the same levels. During the month of October 2023 there were a total of 774 contracts signed, an impressive increase of +26% compared to September.

Price:

The median sales price for the month of October is $1.1M, a slight decrease of -2.4% compared to September 2023. Likewise, the median price per square foot is $1,363, a decrease of -4.4% compared to September 2023.
