Supply:

There were 194 new properties on the market over the last 7 days, a decrease of -30% compared to last week. This adds to a total supply of properties available on the market for sale at 7,024.

Contracts signed:

Over the last 7 days there were 189 contracts signed, an increase of +7.4% compared to last week. This adds to a total of 2,649 contracts signed in the last 12 months. 

Sales above asking price:

In the 3rd quarter of 2023, there were 303 properties sold at a price higher than the asking price, which represents 12.5% of the number of sales. This is an increase of 12.6% compared to Q2 2023, in which 269 properties were sold at a higher price than asking.
