There were 278 new properties on the market over the last 7 days, an decrease of -21% compared to last week. This adds to a total supply of properties available on the market for sale at 7,216.

Contracts signed:

Over the last 7 days there were 176 contracts signed, a small decrease of -1.1% compared to last week. But nothing anormal, in October 2022 we were at the same levels. 

Day on the market:

The number of days on the market for a property for sale in October 2023 is 91 days, an increase of +5.8% compared to September 2023. And an increase of +21% compared to October 2022.
