Lalezarian properties advances with Miami Worldcenter expansion !

Lalezarian Properties is moving forward with its ambitious project at Miami Worldcenter, having proposed its second and third phases. The new towers, Miami World Towers 2 and 3, are set to rise at 10 N.E. 8th Street. This location falls within the 2.2-acre site the developer acquired in 2019 via their affiliate, Miami World Centers LLC.

The initial phase of this project, boasting 560 apartments spread across 52 stories and complemented by 3,136 square feet of retail space, is currently under contract.

As for the upcoming phases, they promise to be grander in scale. Together, the second and third phases will deliver an impressive 2,040 apartments. Moreover, they will feature 2,739 square feet of commercial area and offer 799 parking slots. The architectural design includes a 68-story tower paired with a 31-story tower for the second phase. Meanwhile, the third phase will be represented by a towering 67-story structure.
