As of October 23, 2023, the real estate market is still very dynamic. The number of properties on the market witnessed a substantial increase with 392 new listings for sale this week, a rise of +16.3% from the week before.

This expanding supply continues to be consistent with what we have seen at this time of year in prior years. Despite the interest rates increase! The persistence of this pattern demonstrates the market’s stability.

The stats are really positive as well in terms of demand. Last week only  186 new contracts were signed, a rise of +24.8% over the week before. This increase in transactions might be seen as a sign of investors’ growing confidence.

In conclusion, the past week was marked by strong activity in the real estate market, both on the supply and demand side. Which could predict good news for the weeks to come.
