As per the pre-application, Millennium Developments of Brickell, LLC is the developer spearheading this ambitious project., while BMA Architects will be its architect, promising a design that will be a blend of contemporary aesthetics and functionality.

- Height and stories: Calle 8 is proposed to rise a staggering 57 stories, translating to 685 feet above ground level and 699 feet above sea level.
- Residential units: The tower plans to have 464 residential units in total. This includes 252 studios, 37 one-bedroom units, 167 two-bedroom units, 7 three-bedroom units, and a penthouse.
